By creating an account, posting a listing, or otherwise using Khareedo.pk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Khareedo.pk. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You must not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All listings on Khareedo.pk must:

• Contain accurate and truthful descriptions
• Include genuine photos of the actual item being sold
• Clearly state the price and any conditions of sale
• Be posted in the correct category
• Not be duplicated across multiple listings

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

The following items may not be listed on Khareedo.pk:

• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
• Drugs and controlled substances
• Stolen goods or counterfeit items
• Adult content or services
• Items that promote violence or hate
• Live animals (except through authorized pet dealers)
• Government-issued documents or IDs

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post spam, misleading content, or malicious links
• Attempt to circumvent our security systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

All content on Khareedo.pk, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

Khareedo.pk is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khareedo.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction conducted through it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Khareedo.pk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
